1. Aggregate supply system
1.1. Aggregate bin: Adopt semi-underground structure, sinking 3m, feeding height 2.35m. The capacity of aggregate bin is 4 x10 m3. Aggregate bin is equipped with 8 discharge door which is controlled by cylinder, there is anti-blocking device of each door, and the sand bin discharge door is equipped with vibrator. Filtration grid net is installed in the sand bin.
1.2. Horizontal Belt conveyor: Speed: V=1.6m/s
1.3. Inclined belt conveyor: Adopt 0.8m width polyester flat belt with 5 layers, rubber covering roller. There are also examination & repair path and steel board protection cover of the inclined belt conveyor. Speed: V=2.1m/s
2. Cement supply system
The quantity of cement silo is determined by the customer, the capacity of each silo could be 100t, or 250. Each silo is equipped with world well-known brand cylindrical dust cleaner and safety valve at the top of the silo, level indicator inside the silo and pneumatic anti-combination device at the bottom of the silo. There is insulation device (insulate iron bead in the filler) of feeding pipe of the silo, each silo is equipped with a screw conveyor.
2.1. Screw conveyor: is provided by Italy Sicoma / WAM.
2.2. Dust cleaner on the top of the cement silo: is supplied by Italy WAM
3. Liquid additive supply system
Each plant is equipped with 1 set of liquid additive mixing tank (capacity: 5t), which has two kinds of control mode: manual mixing and auto mixing when weighing. Liquid additive pump and water pump are domestic well-known brands. Butterfly valves are installed in outlets of liquid additive scale and water scale, the scale hopper of liquid additive is made of stainless steel.
All butterfly valves of the CLS-60 plant are provided by Italy WAM. Its reliable, good value and easy to buy in local market.

4. Water supply system
4.1. Water pool: made by user. 100t ~200t

5.3. Mixer: CLS-60 concrete mixing plant uses Ci-long Twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer with reliable quality and good value. The wearable scale boards and mixing blades are all made of wear-resistant steel, with the features of long lifetime, anti-break and anti-crack, which prevents damage of mixing drum result from broken or crack of wearable parts effectively and protects the using life and integrity of mixing drum reliably. We adopt independent auto lubrication system to lubricate the mixer, large hydraulic pressure to control the discharge door. There are three stay points, manual strobe opening, overweight design, and steady operation.
* Equipped with multi stages shaft seals and wind pressure seals, which prevent leakage phenomenon effectively.
* Particular mixer monitoring system can monitor the working status of reduction gearbox, discharge pump and electric lubrication pump at any moment.
* Equipped with 380VAC electric lubrication pump.
* Water ring curtain at top cover to ensure fast and thorough mixing.

6. Weight-control system
The plant uses USA Toledo sensors and Siemens relay, contactor.
6.1 Aggregate scale 1 set, scale range 0-3000kg, accuracy: 2%
6.2 Cement scale 1 set scale range 0-600kg, accuracy: 1%
6.3 Liquid additive scale 1 set scale range 0-40kg, accuracy: 1%
6.4 Water scale 1 set, scale range 0-250kg, accuracy: 1%
Liquid additive scale hopper is made of stainless steel.
7. Pneumatic system
With independent gas train system, equipped with air compressor, gas storage tank, gas source processor, aluminum-plastic tube, electromagnetic valve, cylinder, etc., which are all domestic high quality brands.
7.1. Air compressor: 1.48m3/min 0.7MP
7.2. Pneumatic parts: JPC, Jinan, China
7.3. Gas storage tank: 0.5m3
8. Electrical control system
We use Industrial Control Computer (Siemens) to control the plant. Meanwhile, delivery note printing system is available.
